The Sixth National Conference on Human Resources Training and Development was held in Razi Conference Center on Jan. 27th and 28th, 2019. The conference was inaugurated by Science, Research and Technology Minister, Dr. Gholami's speech and was attended by experts and scholars in human resources training and development. The conference committee honored Prof. Fathi as the Persistent Face in HR training and development in 2019. Unveiling his portrait sculpture, Prof. Fathi was awarded the certificate of appreciation on behalf of the president of Shahid Beheshti University. Prof. Fathi has authored and translated over 90 books, published over 360 articles, presented over 120 articles in national as well as international conferences and been the editor in chief of 3 scholarly journals and a member of the editorial board of 15 national and international journals. He has acquired the first position of Center of Excellence in 2001 and the title of Superior Researcher by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology in 2015 and the Author Citation Award in education in by IASPER in 2017. He has collaborated with universities in Germany, Malaysia and India and acquired the title of the adjunct professorship at Griffith University, Australia in 2006.
